State Lawmakers Consider Calif. Mileage Tax - Naturally, the Governor would be for it, the state has a fleet of state cars (they aren't going to tax themselves) and the Governor can't afford to drive his hummer very far with the way it uses gas. Perhaps they shouldn't be paying millionaires to be legislators. That could save the state some money.
