Yesterday I walked outside as opposed to on the treadmill. I spent about an hour and a half out there. Today, I did 48 minutes, 46 seconds; 365 calories burned and 2.84 miles on the treadmill and then later on I went out and walked outside for about 40 minutes. I might go out again later. It just depends on how many flying bugs are out there to buzz around my head. I hate that.
